Sam is a handstand instructor who sees handstands as a practice that challenges both the body and mind, and continues to explore it every day.
He believes that this practice not only develops muscle strength and technique, but also concentration and flexibility.
In teaching, he values a personal approach that is tailored to each individual's goals and progress, and in addition to technical proficiency, he also puts effort into devising practice methods that suit each individual's situation.
He has been teaching handstands for 10 years, and he is constantly practicing and learning new skills himself.
He also organizes the annual Handstand Extravaganza Convention in Sicily, where handstand practitioners and enthusiasts gather, and is committed to cultivating the community and sharing techniques.
