Experience, learn, improve
Learn handstands and stretching from instructors from a variety of fields, including dance, circus, yoga, and ancient martial arts, invited from Japan and abroad!
We offer a wide range of classes for all levels and content, from beginners to advanced students.
Stay
Four days and three nights of handstand at the Zen dojo, eating and sleeping with your friends, family, and new friends. Theachers will also stay with us, so let's have fun t ogether.
Detoxify your body and mind with a simple and small meal prepared by the resident priest!

Have your photo taken
After learning handstand in class, there will be a handstand portfolio photo session. Have your handstand photos taken by festival photographers! Once you get some cool shots, tag Hallucigenia Handstand Festival and share them on social media.
