She has been active in sports gyms and yoga studios in Tokyo, focusing on Vinyasa Yoga, and opened her own shop three years ago. She currently teaches personal stretching, with the aim of helping people achieve a supple and healthy mind and body. She is also active as a social media creator, making use of yoga and stretching.
